Join The Referral Class Network

The Referral Class Network is a network of customers and service providers who do business in such a way to earn your referrals. As a member, you can find providers and do business with them, rate them and refer them to your friends.

We are launching, building out the categories, and adding providers. Some of those listed offer nationwide services, while others are local, initially mostly in the southwest part of the Salt Lake valley, Utah.

If you have favorite providers that are not listed, please refer them to join. We are happy to reach out, or you can ask them to contact us.

Join us and help build the network.

Don't Be World Class, Be Referral Class!

Don't Be World Class, Be Referral Class!

Many service providers describe themselves as "World Class," but this term is overused and cliché. It also doesn't apply particularly well to small, local business. Providers can be so much more - they can be "Referral Class"! This means that the provider is providing its customers a class of service that motivates them to refer their friends.

Measure Success With Metrics That Matter

Two key metrics of success of a business relationship include:

  1. Customer Satisfaction Rating - how a customer rates their experience with the provider
  2. Referral Class Score - how many referrals the provider has actually gotten from customers and if they resulted in sales, good ratings, and more referrals
These metrics are the real drivers of growth for a provider, especially in our connected world.

Say Goodbye To Ineffective, Expensive Advertising

Referrals can reduce the cost of customer acquisition. Have you ever had a customer who, at the last moment, went with a referral from someone they knew? Don't waste money on ineffective advertising campaigns - become Referral Class and grow your business organically through referrals and "word-of-mouth" advertising!

Love Goes Both Ways

We believe that there are two sides to every business relationship, and providers should be able to provide feedback on their experience with customers. This two-way feedback creates equity in relationships and enables a true network effect. Customers want to do business with providers who are highly-recommended by their friends, and providers want to do business with customers who are highly-recommended by other providers.
